Terms & Conditions

*Upon check-in: Full rental + 1 month deposit in cash (For 1 month stay), 2 month’s rental + 1 month deposit in cash (For 3 months stay), 3 months's rental + 1 month deposit in cash (For 6 months stay), 6 month's rental + 1 month deposit in cash (For 12 months stay)

*One-time admin & registration fee of SGD$80.00 per person is applicable

*Students are liable for any damage to properties in the rooms

*Students are responsible for own cleanliness in the rooms and toilets

*Any other additional cost involve, is also payable upon check-in

*All rates are subject to the prevailing Goods & Services Tax (GST)

*Upon confirmation of preferred contractual period at point of registration, rental not refundable
